We will taste four wines from famous Spanish Denominations of Origin in a charming atmosphere. The oenologist Vicente Ortega will explain the characteristic organoleptics of each one (smell, colour, taste…), to learn how to distinguish these wines and get the best out of them. Between each wine tasting, we will eat different kinds of cheese, each one combining with each wine. In this way, we will clean our palate for the next wine.

The wines we will taste are:

-White Verdejo.                    A.O. Rueda. Cellar Faustino Rivero

-Red wine. Crianza               A.O. Ribera del Duero. Cellar Pingón

-Red wine. Crianza               A.O. Rioja. Cellar López de Haro

-Sweet wine                          A.O. Condado de Huelva. Viña Doñana. Wine for dessert
